Product service life
As a rule, Kontron Compact Computers AG uses components that remain available for at least 5 years after product release. In the event of an unexpected component discontinuation, Kontron Compact Computers carries out a compatible structure and functionality redesign so that the application is barely affected.
ISO 9001: certified
All process data, including date codes for the individual components, are stored in a quality information database (QIS). All test results, support queries and repair cases are registered in this database so that every process is traceable.
