DIGITAL-LOGIC AG becomes KONTRON COMPACT COMPUTERS AG - name change 01.01.2010
As you've already been informed, in September 2009 Digital-Logic AG in Luterbach (CH) was acquired by the Kontron Group of Eching (DE). Pursuant to this, as of 01.01.2010, the name change was taken in the Commercial Registry under the existing number CH-255.3.000.290-4.
