MPCX28
The compact and energy-efficient vehicle computer

The MPCX28 is based on the Intel Atom processor and typically only needs 12 Watts power consumption. On the front is an exchangeable, robust SATA hard disk (a flash disk is optional) as well as a CF bracket. Expansion options include GPS, GSM and WLAN. Absolutely noiseless operation is achieved through a rugged aluminum profile which integrates passive and fan-free cooling. Other functions (e.g. CAN) can be integrated by the manufacturer through PCI/104 cards. . Customer specific functions such as Ring On Wake, Event Wake Up or Wake On LAN can be realized using FPGA and a microcontroller.

MPCX47

The versatile measurement technology vehicle computer

 

The MPCX47 is based on the Intel Pentium-M with 2 independent video displays (DVI, VGA, LVDS). For mass storage, a rugged hard drive (a flash disk is optional), a CompactFlash card and two USB memory stick brackets are built-in. The mass storage is service-friendly, being accessible from the front. Expansion options include COM3/4, CAN, GPS, GSM and WLAN. A robust aluminum profile integrates passive, fanless cooling for absolutely noiseless operation.

MPCX48

The EN50155 certified, IP65 protected, Atom rail computer (with display)

 
The MPCX27R is well sealed against water and has waterproof N/M12 cable connections. For mass storage, a flash disk is built-in (SATA SSD or optional CompactFlash). The RL version has a built-in 3.5“ VGA touch screen. For navigation and communication expansion, the options GPS, GSM and WLAN with watertight antenna connections are available. The aluminum housing is totally watertight and includes passive, fanless cooling. The Atom processor offers high computer performance with only 15 Watt power consumption. Customer specific functions such as Ring On Wake, Event Wake Up or Wake On LAN can be realized using FPGA and a microcontroller.

The MPCX27MIL is well sealed against water and has waterproof MIL cable connections. A flash disk is built-in (SATA 40GB SSD or optional CompactFlash) for mass storage. The Atom processor offers high computer performance with only 12 Watt power consumption. For expansion, optional GPS, GSM and WLAN with waterproof N-type antenna connectors are available. Functional expansion is possible with an internal PCI/104express card and the signals use a 48pin MIL connector. A very robust aluminum housing integrates passive, fanless cooling to allow a broad working temperature range.

The mass memory can be swapped out from the front. For expansion, optional GPS, GSM and WLAN with waterproof FAKRA antenna connectors are available. The aluminum housing integrates passive, fan-free cooling. Customer specific functions such as Ring On Wake, GSM Wake or Wake On LAN can be realized using FPGA and a microcontroller.

MPCX50
The fan-free, expandable Core2Duo vehicle computer

The MPCX50 has many interfaces (COMs, USB, LAN, digital I/O, video input) and is expandable with PCI slots and PC/104express cards (e.g., CAN, measurement cards). For mass storage, a rugged hard disk or SSD drive is built-in. The RTC battery is monitored and service-friendly, being accessible from the front. as slots for CompactFlash and Express cards. The housing is made of rugged chromium steel with integrated passive and fanless cooling. Customer specific functions such as Ring On Wake, GSM Wake, Event Wake Up or Wake On LAN can be realized using FPGA and a microcontroller. By means of a color LCD display and 6 function buttons, various security functions and system information (voltages, temperatures, error reports, POD diagnostics, operating log, RTC battery voltage) can be queried. An external 12V secondary battery can be connected to bridge power failures of the primary feed.

MPCXHMI
The user interface for all functionality in the DIGITAL-LOGIC vehicle computer MPCX48/50


MPCXHMI is a user interface that has been specially programmed for the two DIGITAL-LOGIC, MPCX48 and MPCX50 vehicle computers with touch screen monitors. This is based upon Microsoft Windows XP Embedded. The interface uses large, ergonomically designed controls (buttons, dials) that are easy to operate via the touch screen while driving.
